I just wanted to praise Steve and Gordon for their EXCELLENT customer service. My phone calls and emails were answered or returned as soon as possible, if not instantly. Once, instead of kick back after 2 1/2 hr in LA traffic, Steve went on the computer and replied my email. This is TRUE customer care, I felt I was cared for, not just someone they needed to serve. Glad to see customer care still exist. Thx so much.

Diane, I know you name from SpyderChat. I have a 2000 spyder. My car only just turned 7100.
I had an issue looking for a hard top, for the spyder, and Steve Ganz went out of his way to help me. Well as luck would have it, top was crushed during the Christmas storms. I ended up having many options, and I didn't lose anything over it.
More recently, I had a problem with my 90 all trac, and I contacted Steve. He found me the last factory turbo in the US, and made it so my local dealer could get the part he found.
Just wanted to let Steve know.
Please also let the dealership know how out of his way Steve went to keep a good customer pleased. I have the '90 all trac, the '00 spyder and '01 tacoma prerunner.
