Hey Luis and Steve!

Picked up the RK sports lip kit at the airport today and I would just like to formally thank both of you for all your efforts. For an international purchase, I thought this would be a difficult task. But due to your thorough answers and excellent customer service this transaction ran smoothly and most importantly stress free. From the point of purchase to the day I received the lip kit, surprisingly (for an international order from California USA to Melbourne Australia) was only 2 weeks and all adequate documents were also given and all requests were met. So my hat goes off to both of you.

The part has finally come in and it is a perfect fit!!! You guys have no idea how much I appreciate all of your help with locating this part for me. I honestly thought I would never be able to locate this piece. Anyways once again thank you sooo much for your help! While searching for an auxiliary battery for my Prius, I
contacted your Parts Department and spoke to Jose, to see if
a battery was available. Since one was not in stock, he
offered to order one for me, with a next day delivery to the
parts department.

The next day, I drove from Glendale to Carson to hopefully
pick up my battery. My drive was not in vain, for Jose had
the battery waiting for me - as promised.

I just want to tell you how professional Jose is, and that I
truly appreciate the way that I was treated. He is a fine
representative for your dealership and you should be proud of
the way he services his customers. I drove by a few Toyota
Dealers to get to you, and employees like Jose are one big
reason I did.
